Massage & Bodywork
Each massage is tailored for your individual needs, with a mix of deep tissue, myofascial, and neruromuscular techniques. I offer pre and post natal care, sports therapy, relaxation and rehab.
60 Min. Bodywork
All therapeutic based modalities. Myofascial, neuromuscular, trigger point, deep tissue, cupping, gua-sha, vibration therapy.
30 Min Massage or Cupping Treatment
For localized treatments such as neck, back, feet, or a cupping therapy session.
Reflexology`
Indulge in a 30 min. hand and foot reflexology session. Can aid in reducing anxiety, improving sleep, digestion, energy and more.
Polarity or Reiki Therapy
Clear your chakra and energy systems with a relaxing polarity and reiki treatment. Treatment is done fully clothed on a massage table, and involves acupressure points and energy balancing.
Prenatal & Postnatal Massage
A wonderful, 60 min. relaxing therapy for moms and mommas to-be! I can also aid in acupressure points to help stimulate labor for mommas and babies at term.

Equine Massage & Energy Therapy
Help your equine partner achieve optimum fitness, health & happiness, with a custom mix of massage, cranio, myofascial release, and neuromuscular technique. (Please add $10.00 travel fee beyond 25 mile radius of 04002) Barn and multiple horse discounts may apply.

Sessions are designed to help you help your own body to achieve optimum wellness through a variety of modalities unique to each individuals needs. NOT intended to diagnose, prescribe or treat. NOT intended to replace medical care from a Doctor.

Using a thorough intake form, complete with medical history, lifestyle, and health goals, we work together to create a nutritional wellness plan that is easy to follow and maintain for the long term.
Juice & Smoothie Cleanses
Reset your gut & well-being with a 3-5 day smoothie or juice cleanse. With the use of a thorough health & goals questionnaire, I will customize a smoothie or juice cleanse to meet your specific needs. Plan comes with grocery list, and recipes. If you do not own a juicer, you may opt to take a juicing class at SGF Wellness, where we make your juices in my kitchen, and you learn the wonderful, healing, art of juicing.
